I purchased a face product from them around 09/2025. I received a notice from USPS that a delivery attempt had been mabe and I needed to contact USPS. I tried contacting and going to my local post office and no one could seem to find this package. I reached back out to Confidita and they were somewhat responsive in the beginning. About 4 months in their communications with me stopped although I continued to followup via email (as this is the ONLY form of contact they have by the way). At one point they tried to offer me a partial refund and told me to keep the product. I rejected the offer because I never recieved the product so I asked for a full refund; that is around the time they stopped replying. I never received product or payment and they need to be stopped. This ia another email address they were communicating from. [email protected]
