I attempted to make a purchase from a Facebook ad and received an email confirmation and receipt. The tracking link never worked. I sent an inquiry about the shipping status and received a reply stating that shipping was taking longer than usual and 'thank you' for your patience. I sent another email asking about shipping and tracking and received a reply about how sorry they were that my item hadn't arrived and that they would reship the item. I sent a third email 2.5 months after the order had been placed and recieved the same stock email reply about how sorry they were and that they would reship the item. This company is a total scam and I was ripped off.
