I purchased sneakers through the Shop App. I found sneakers at Concretecanvas. The sneakers came in and they were the wrong color, then realized fake! I reached out on the app that I wanted to return and no communication. I even emailed their return policy. I must have sent 10 emails, no response. The phone number doesn't work.
