alleged technician called from 718-715-1506 indicating disconnection was about to occur in 30 minutes and whether I am home. I confirmed I am home, and he stated I could stop the disconnection if I contacted the Con Edison office 877-219-6405, alleged representative Robert Baker picks up indicating that he’d like to help me and wondered what could I pay to satisfy the minimum requirement agreed to 200 and stated I should go to Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Walgreens or CVS. Chose CVS and provided a payment barcode with timestamp until 3:14 PM to make payment. Did so & representative alleged in an hour the account would reflect, it did not.
