HSBC Card Services, Inc has been paid in full on 10/28/2020 from Resource Management Group (Please see attached for confirmation paid). On Friday, 9/15/23, Jessica from Garrison debt collection called me from her business number 1-888-731-1250 multiple times and stated that I need to make a payment as soon as possible to avoid going to the hearing court in the Bronx County. I have replied that I already make this full payment and provided the full information shown (Attached) back in 10/28/2020 from RMG. Jessica from Garrison, threatened to sue me and take me to court if I don`t make this full payment right way. She hanged up the phone and I tried calling her back to clarify this payment manner. Today, 9/19/23 - I have called Jessica again and explain that I have made the payment and provide my payment confirmation back on 10/28/2020. Now, she is stating that if I don`t make any payment soon, they will take me to court. I have investigated her company and noticed that her number 1-888-731-1250 is showing "Potential Spam" and I have requested her website business - She told me that they are working on it. While in the middle of the conversation, the line was disconnected few times and I don`t know if she was lying or could be a potential spam from this company. In further investigation, I have searched what Jessica provide me her email address "[email protected]" . When I go to google search, it should one link from his name and company, it could be a potential spam from several complaint callers who left a comment on this page. please see link information.
