Received a call stating that I had an outstanding balance with this organization for a payday loan. Advised it was not me and they threatened to sue me and locate where I worked. He advised me that per my state law I should get an attorney because they are coming after me.

I also received a call from this through an automated system, as did three of my family members. They say owed a debt by the person they are looking for. These people called me All last year and did not stop. Now they are starting up again. I never took out a loan from them. They wan t $300.00 to stop calling and settle out of court. They are calling my house, my cell and my family members. Saying they are taking me to court. I have never received a email or anything in the Mail. How can we make these people stop calling.
