This "company" with the contact name "Andrew" pretends to be a legitimate mobile home lot, which it is not. If you look up the address of the "lot", you will find a run-down mobile home park, When we asked "Andrew" who to make the check payable to, because we were ready to move forward and look at it, possibly buy. When I called him to find out the exact address explaining the address on the website shows a trailer park and not a business lot, he began to stammer trying to explain they "aren't an actual business yet, but hope to be in a few months." Of course the more questions we asked, the more we knew what was up. He advised it would be best to give him a cashier's check made payable directly to his individual name of which we asked for. He said he would send us the actual legal name and true address location of the mobile home we looked at online, By this time, he knows we are on to him so of course he never sent any information. Beware, they are in it for the "down-payment" of the homes they supposedly sell and will "gladly deliver the unit at your convenience." So they want the $3K "downpayment" and another $3,650 to "deliver,"
