Hired 2 workers to move out apartment. Gave $100 deposit. Appointment was scheduled at 12 noon, I received a text at Noon that there were no workers. I called the night before and Ivy told me appointment was confirmed. If I needed to change time they need 3 hour notice. It's okay for them not to give a notice? The text said a manager would call me back in 24 hours, I never received a call. I called several times, no answer. The recording says someone will call in 30 minutes. I used a different phone and Ivy answered. I had no movers and had to leave furniture and items behind. I couldn't move them and had no one to help. Awful for this business to treat people this way! They shouldn't be in business!
