I ordered a book at $9.90 from COL pictures on Facebook and it was supposed to be a one time purchase. I never authorized or signed up for a subscription but noticed on my PayPal account 4 payments of $19.90 over four days. I am contacting PayPal and COL pictures for a refund.

I read books online and paid for 1 book 9.90, then every day for 3 days they deducts 19.90 from my PayPal account. PayPal will not refund this money.
