I purchased an initial supply of the GLP-1 booster 1/1/2026. Discovered I didn't care for it, as I didn't believe it did as it said it would, and only had purchased with intentions of sharing with my husband. He however could not take it due to other medications he was on. I decided to go another route and went into my profile to cancel the future orders. I did this in March 2026, with no upcoming orders or subscriptions showing, I was satisfied. However on 6/30/2026 I was charged 199.98 for the next order. I immediately went into my account and discovered there was in deed a subscription. I was not given any sort of email stating this was coming or any other indication of an upcoming charge. I then reached out to the company via email to request a cancellation, within minutes of the charge and was told through response that they cannot cancel this order, but assured me the future recurring subscription is cancelled. I want my money back, keep your product, I still have 3 bottles from my first order!!
