Calling from unknown number but then leaves voice mail leaving name as Michelle or Mike Green. Stating " I Have to make you aware that once the claim is filed it will become public record, please be available with identification at both my home and job tomorrow. If I cannot locate you a direct refusal to comply will be sent on your behalf. Every attempt to contact you has been documented. The number you must call prior to being located is 833-883-2240. Past 2 days they have called my cell many times leaving voice mails like this.

The scammer called multiple times over weeks. They never left a message. When the call was taken they stated they were a collection agency for Alliance Diagnostics and there was an unpaid bill for blood work. The amount due was approximately $467.16. They refused to send a bill to the house with details to review. When asked "How can I pay this bill?" They said they would call back in a half hour. That's when an internet search was done of this number and the scam was confirmed. They have not called back to my knowledge.

They say I’ll have charges pressed on me if I don’t comply. I never went any further but they have all my contact information. They call at least 5 times a week from a local number than direct me to call the 855 number. I believe it’s a scam because I’ve never received anything in writing.

Scammer introduced himself as Justin Cole. He was calling as mediator for a payday loan max. He was calling to inform me that if I didn’t resolve this issues he was sending my paper work to the county court and they would decide to pursue me. He told me he as my social security number and other details. I wouldn’t have to show up to court either it would just be signed by a judge as a valid debt and then the original company that gave me the loan will then contact my HR department to take my checks. I could make payments to the advisor group at 8442122927 if I wanted to clear it up now.

I received an email saying I owe money for a loan I never took out. When asked about the documentation they said once the loan is paid they will provide me with the loan documents and a receipt. I told them I would not be paying unless I saw the loan document I sign. I have not taken out a loan and they claimed they have tracked my IP address from my computer.

This “company” claims I had a payday loan from ez pay. I’ve only ever had loans through my credit union. They said if I don’t pay said amount they will take me to court.

They literally have all of my personal information. So I thought it was real somehow. After investigating way more, they’re a massive scam.

I called my bank and now getting a new cc.

I asked what the call was about he told me it was about an account that was open in 2013 I asked what account he told me he could not tell me that I needed to call the company and ask them I looked up the company tried calling there voicemail indicated that this company closed in 2020 I called said person back and told him he said that he knows the company is real that he bought my so called account from them and if I can’t settle in 24 hr that I will be served papers by Leon county sheriffs office.
