I hired Kim Colladay (Colladay Design) to do some home improvements and I ordered over $15,000 of furniture from her. More than a year after she cashed my checks, I still have less than half of what I ordered from her. She has charged me exorbitant delivery fees, months after the deliveries, that she never mentioned before I purchased the furniture or before the deliveries. She also hired a contractor to install wood flooring at my house and it has major issues that she won't fix. She keeps saying she'll fix it but a year later, nothing. Talking to others that have hired her and other lawsuits. I have invoices and receipts for everything and am taking her to court. She continues

I am currently suffering a very similar experience with Kim. I ordered about $23k worth of furniture from her which I was told would be ready in 6-8 weeks. It has been well over a year & I am still owed over $12k worth of furniture. I have repeatedly requested receipts proving that my furniture was ever actually ordered in the first place only to repeatedly be given the run around. At this point I have no recourse other than to take her to court. Did you ever receive your remaining items from Kim?
