I purchased 2 ice machines from ColdCore LLC in April and June of 2026. They promised locations and maintenance and only take a percentage once my ROI was received and first machine would be in place by July. I did several Zoom calls with a woman named Steph and they communicated through texts and Slack. They stalled me with "working on locations" and then delivery issues from manufacturer. I've asked for specific machine information like location and serial numbers and they have stopped responding and some emails have stopped working.
