Got a call from a 'process server'. She instructed me to call 855-327-7251 with ref.# 841669. I called the number and spoke to a guy Mike. He had my SSN, my current address and an alleged credit card number from 2002. Allegedly claiming I owed $4090. I questioned him about the 'debt' as I am currently and have been a Bank of America customer since 2010. He said debt was sold and Cohen Bailey has it now. He said they would settle for 50% or to make a counter offer. He emailed me a form to sign. I confirmed receipt of email. Told him I would call back in 24 hours. I then called B.O.A. and was told it's a scam. Now I find another case from 6 days ago on BBB.
