Cognius.app advertises a 0.99 Cognition test. After paying for it, 3 days later they charge you $39.99 for a recurring subscription without any notice; they are doing it through Facebook ads. If you click on the website, it does explain it's business practice. If you type Cognius.app on Facebook, you will see hundreds of customers who fell for the same trap. Why Facebook allows this is perplexing, but I am hoping, with this report, like others, that this deceptive and fraudulent business will have to cease unless they clearly explain their business practice upfront in their ads. I have had to call my bank to have my card replaced. I was able to contact them and my bank to get $39.99 refunded but am without a debit card for 7 days. Again, with multiple people raising this deceptive practice on Facebook, this "business" should be forced to stop this deception.
