I purchased 2 self-watering eco-stained elevated 2x8 planters and coveralls totaling $63.57 through a website call Gift-online-sale, but the actual web address was coffeemaestrovip.com. This was March 27, 2024. I was able to set up an account through their website and I received a confirmation email with my order information. I emailed the company immediately because I changed my mind and wanted a refund. I looked at their website and I was within my rights along with their policy. Their reply email told me my package would be shipped out shortly. They said the shipment will take up to a month. They ignored my request for a refund so I then replied asking for a full refund as per their policy. The company ignored my requests. I then asked for a tracking number if my order was sent out already. The company told me the system didn’t generate any tracking info because they are having issues but will get one to me as soon as they can. Almost a month goes by and I sent another email, they gave me a tracking number and as I was following this…it didn’t make any sense to me that my package got to my nearest major city only 20 mins away and then got sent to the east coast and the final destination was the US Virgin Islands. So I have been back n forth with this company on my order and since they keep putting me off I asked for a refund. I am getting the runaround. No order delivered and no refund. I reported them to the fraud agency department through PayPal but since I paid with the PayPal debit card I cannot get refunded through them which I thought would be safe. I locked that card up. So I did the report and also contacted the FRD and made a report to them as well. There was no names of people to the company emails and it also had Chinese lettering I am assuming mandarin. The replies came from: [email protected]. I found two different emails so I emailed them both: [email protected] and [email protected].

The scammers I noticed changed their name of the business from Smiles Santa Gifts to Smiles Happy Garden and Landscaping Service. They do not have any phone numbers listed. And they just added this address to their website: 13808 Boudreaux Rd Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377. If you look on google maps it’s out in the middle of nowhere with a house and a building nearby on the adjacent road—looks more like a farm. It’s now June and thankfully I am only short 64 bucks roughly but I am sure they are scamming others as I write this. Their site should be blocked entirely especially off Facebook and instagram. I know there isn’t much for the WWW. The crazy thing is I looked them up before I made a purchase and there were no red flags of them being scammers. So perhaps they just keep updating their info to be ahead of the game.
