I went onto their tik tok live selling labubus( as well as other items) they marketed buying one and if you guess what it was correctly you get a free one. They use real labubus on their TikTok when doing the unboxing of what you purchase but what they send you is fake. They also denied my refund before I even got it because it was taking too long. ( their website says 30 day return policy) When I reached out on their tik tok live, weeks later, they blocked me. They don’t want you to warn other people buying on their lives. They have also since made other tik tok profiles which they also blocked me from
