Coal Cosmetic Reports & Reviews (3)

Offer of free product with only shipping and Handling fee of $4.95. No mention in ad of continual subscription and product delivery of $89.68. Invoices with item showed $00. Talked with Elba a phone representative on Jan 3 2017 company only will give half price refund. I do not want to pay any thing over the S&H fee as stated in their web site ad.

Coal Cosmetic I came across on the internet seemed like a reputable company, featuring Dr. Oz on their advertisement along with some unbelievable videos, pictures, and many happy success stories. So when they offered a sample eye serum for shipping and handling only at $4.95, I agreed to that and clicked. Then I was offered another product, a moisturizer, and on the website it was made that you could only click yes on the moisturizer in order to get the eye serum. Of course moisturizer had another S&H charge at $4.90. A while later the samples came in a plane brown box, with a printout of the name of the product and how much the shipping and handling charges were. No contact number nor e-mail address of customer service was given. No membership contract was acknowledged and I was not aware of any recurring monthly charges. This company made it so difficult to contact them too. I was charged $89.69 on 11/14 by Total Skin Pros, and $86.96 on 11/21 by Sourceco, and I did not agree to any charges with any of these 3 companies. Coal Cosmetic is all over internet, making it sound as if it is a legit company doing the great business, but they are scammers. (along with other two companies charged my account) If they are a normal business, a customer has to agree to terms before they proceed to make a payment. I sent them an e-mail, I will contact the bank and let them know this is a fraud by scammers. I hope the government sees the seriousness of this crime and starts cracking down on them.

my wife ordered a free trial as listed in their website pay only shipping of $4.95, no where listed in the whole process did it say a recurring shipments or payments, I notice on my bank statement 2 weeks later for two separate charges, listed as TUNESKIN for $89.69 and COVERBOD for $86.96, no email, no notice, I had no Idea, so I tracked it down to Coal Cosmetic, I called them to ask why they were charging me, I told them the web site did not inform me of such charges, the did not deney any wrong doing but did offer me 50% of my money back, I persisted and they said they would give me a full refund in 3 to 5 business days, as of yet I have seen nothing, the company is a total scam and probably taking advantage of a lot of people.
