Report

I ordered a half zip golf shirt from the vendor based on a facebook add. It took a long time >3 weeks for the item to be delivered. The item sizing and quality were terrible. For returns, the vendor requires the purchaser to send an email to [email protected]. The vendor does not reply with the return instructions. Instead it asks you to send pictures of the product and says that it has improved the quality of its products and would like to send an additional free item. I have asked the vendor five times in five subsequent emails to provide the return and refund information. The vendor refuses to do that. The vendor continues to delay with various emails as follow up offers, but never the return instructions.
