Or how to launder only Tag for S-small M- or L. Very ill fitting. The fabric is like printed on a cheap paper fabric. Texted right away that I will be returning. Excuse after excuse!! They want to give me a 20% coupon for their website. I told them I prefer money back. Asked multiple times for address to return. Told them I was embarrassed to donate????They say the managers are reviewing! Mean while 7 weeks later! I’m cured from ordering on line!
They said it was my expense to return to China, said ok ! Still no return address .
I saw a video of this dress being sold on Facebook. The scammers are using a video from a boutique called **** *** ***** which sells clothing in South Carolina.
They put their saddyboutiques website as the way to order.
What I received was an inferior product from Hong Kong eg; way too small, thin flimsy fabric, bad craftsmanship, no SKU #
When I requested a return and refund, I was offered a 50% off voucher for my next purchase.
Then they said Its not that we don't allow you to return the item, but the shipping and tax for the return exceeds the order value.
Instead of returning item we will offer you 20% of the clothing price as compensation.
I said I would appreciate a refund as fair compensation. Can you send me your shipping address?
It was in China with Chinese symbols. Consignee: Vincent, phone number: 18566791680
Clearly this is a scam website. I'm reporting this fraud not because of the dollar amount, but to track their merchant credentials to block
future transactions from unsuspecting customers.
Was originally told “production team was behind and order would be processed in march 2023.
Asked about order again, gave same answer and asked for a refund/ cancellation, no response.
