An add for a cute swimsuit appeared on my Social Media. I clicked the advertisement and it brought me to Clothesily.com. It looked like a reliable website with various forms of payment allowed. I added the swimsuit to my cart and then received a message that I could get 50% the item if I purchased another(a BOGO deal) so I added a SPF protectant sequin jacket. I entered my payment information (my credit/debit Visa that is connected to my bank account). I placed the order on June 3 and did not receive the items until July 2nd. The return label address was the first thing that was strange before I even opened the envelope up. The same was Jane (not the company name just that first name with nothing else on the first line) and then a NJ address. I opened up the items and immediately noticed that were not at all the items I ordered. The swimsuit was massive (supposed to be an XS) and is very flimsy and cheap quality, it also was supposed to be embroidered and have sequin on it which it does not, just burry pictures of items). The jacket is not the same jacket at all either and is also a Medium when I ordered an XS. The jacket also is not as described it is made of cheap material, no sequin, and Is not even the mesh fabric that the photo had. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times through their customer service email address listed on the website and have had no response back. I then Google Image Searched the pictures of the clothes that are listed on the website (including the ones I purchased) and the REAL items are sold on *************. The website again looks VERY legit and their add of social media did as well.
