Placed two orders and have tried to reach out to the company 3 times now with no response after 5 days. First order placed 8/9 and delivered 8/26 via usps. Second order placed 8/12 and still hasn't shipped. I've sent 3 separate emails and no response. After reading reviews it looks like the company has a history of this. They are lying about turnaround time and shipping carrier and times.
