I purchased 3 polo shirts advertised on Facebook for this company called Clorenas.

It took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get the shirts (came from China). When I got them in the mail, terrible material, very poor quality .. did not fit or look like anything that the website claimed they would.

I immediately emailed support to start process of the return process since they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I had to send them a picture of the shirts, tell them my order number, sizes of the shirts. I have not heard anything back as of yet. I have emailed them on a daily basis and I get nothing in return.
