Placed an order for a few tee shirts and a hoodie from Clevralook that never arrived I later discovered that Clevralook is a copycat site of Sunshine Sisters. Messaged for several days with a "customer service" rep and was told my items were delivered by the "courier" they"cooperate with. After requesting the name of their courier 4 times I never got an answer. They offered to refund 30% to my original form of payment, or they would resend the items at no charge. I told the rep I didn't want them to resend it and 30% was unacceptable (I had also paid for shipping insurance) They countered with a 70% refund offer that I never accepted but the most recent message said they would refund 70% regardless. I'm certain I'll never see a penny of that money returned to my account.
