A person identifying herself as a process server called my son to say there were pending charges against me. I called the number he was given and it was Clearout Solutions and a man identifying himself as Jeff Cory said I owed almost $700 on a loan and there were fraud charges pending. He said I needed to make a payment right away so he could file a cease and desist letter and would need to make a series of payments until the debt was paid in full. I did not ask for proof of the debt (I should have) and was charged for payments. I did receive receipts and a paid in full letter but I think it may have been a scam.
