Charge two separate charges never authorized. On top of that I attempted to cancel the order. Realize this is a scam site and of course no money back.

I have used Classy pet Life before and figured I will use them again. I was so wrong, SO i placed an online order almost 3 months ago, get told that my package has been lost or missing and this is after I have sent several inquiries and now I am being told that my package is within the us, and that it should be just a matter of time before I receive my order. Well its has said that since Sept. 22nd of 2023 that is has been at the package center. And now I cant get a response. No indication if my order can or will be replaced? Or if I will receive a refund.

Bought a dog harness online. It was to have name tags with it as part of the order. I did receive the 2 name tags, problem is they had 2 different names on them. The correct name was clearly noted on the order paperwork. I contacted them via email and explained the problem. I also included photos of both name tags. Received a response from Diana Fernandes asking for more information. Everything they asked for was provided. She promised to fix the problem. After several emails she keeps telling me they had no recollection of my inquiry. So here we are after several email exchanges over multiple weeks and still no resolution to the problem. Now they have stopped responding!

This company appears to be in the UK. They get your money and don't provide simple customer service to their customers! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Purchased a dog harness online November 22, 2022 using my credit card. It is now January 17, 2023. I have not received the product. The tracking number the merchant provided gives an error message "404 Page Not Found." The merchant stopped responding to my email inquiries. This business operates outside the US. Their phone number is +447360238640. The email is [email protected]. This business operates like a scam.
