Online Retailing Scam

When I had originally purchased the Giants jersey it didn’t give me a delivery date. Today, weeks later, I called the number that said was customer service to ask how long it would take. After the guy stated it would be 4-5 weeks I said that was too long and I wanted a refund. He said he didn’t do refunds and when I asked for a manager he said he was the owner. He proceeded to say condescending remarks about how I only wanted it because the Giants just one a game. After hanging up he texted me “order refunded” with a peace sign emoji. Then proceeded to call again and a lady was on the phone saying the refund went through and asked what else she could help me with. I explained that the so called owner was extremely rude and should not have his job. She said “sorry we’re in different departments I don’t know what you want me to do.” HOURS later, the same number texts me “Go and [censored] yourself”

Online Retailer Scam

I purchased a Josh Hamilton, World Series Majestic brand jersey off of this website and receive the jersey and the brand was not even real nor was the jersey. Definitely is described as authentic as it says in their business name, which is obviously misleading. The email I received back from customer service person Says the jersey is customizable and that I knew what I was buying and offers no refunds only exchanges for another fake jersey. There are multiple stores and website and I believe they are located on eBay as well. I want to make sure that other buyers are not taking advantage of And that this person changes their website or is removed from the Internet and eBay.

Online Retailer Scam

I purchased a Baltimore Ravens Salute to Service hoodie 2023 Made by Nike, As stated on the website. I received the item in the mail and it was counterfeit. I reached out to the seller and he called me rascist slurs and was not cooperative. This website is selling fake Nike Products and scamming individuals out of their money. The guy that spoke with me was Anthony Argo that owns this company.
