I purchased a wig (buy one get one) from this company. The ad was Facebook. I decided that I want to cancel the item, shortly after purchasing. I checked the tracking number and saw that it is still in China and had not been shipped yet. I wrote the company asking for a refund. Since I no longer wanted the item and knew it hadn’t been shipped and couldn’t be shipped to the US at this time. I received emails from two different sources and one told me a refund was possible however it was not issued. Everyday that I have contacted them they keep dragging out the refund (until it’s not possible). I know the product has not left their country and keep getting the run around and I believe this company is scamming people using the pandemic to try to cover up the fact they won’t issue you a refund or send the product. I have several other emails and pictures however it will only allow me to post one. One of the pictures is of their ad. I have contacted PayPal for assistance and Facebook to notify them of the scam.
