I ordered this product https://www.clasifiation.com/products/innovative-rafter-square-tool and they sent correct quantity of 6 items but it was a cheap, inferior product without the features shown. Very low value items. They claimed the warehouse confirmed correct items were shipped even after I sent pictures of the labels and items, and the actual order email. They refused to refund the money or replace the items. After going through paypal they said they will refund only if I pay to ship items back. I mailed a box with the items back at additional cost of $30.55, for which I expect a refund as well as the original sale charge. Thank you.

Responded to an ad on Facebook to purchase a Mountain Range Glass Mosaic DIY Kit as a family project for Christmas. Order on 12/16/2023 and paid $125. Order arrived on 1/20/2024 but instead of being a glass mosaic kit, it was painted plastic. Basically a Shrinky-dink. After contacting the company I was told that they delivered what was ordered. I disputed the charge with Paypal and got the company to agree to refund the purchase price if I returned the items. Sending a 9 oz package back to China cost $61.50. The USPS label on the package stated that it was sent from Mark Cadicamo, but it was stuck on top of the customs label from China.
