I hired this Clark and Hines to fix damages resulting from a flood in July 2023. The work began in late October - early November 2023 and was paid in full, but upon finishing the job there were a number of material and quality issues. After a lot of discussion, I got the company to return for one day to address some of the outstanding issues in January. I attempted to reschedule the remaining outstanding work for February or March and was redirected to Sam Rad, the real owner behind the name who showed NO AFFILITION with the company through various Google searches. When I learned his name, I found an article where he defrauded others out of thousands of dollars at a luxury resort. I attempted to resolve with him, but he refused and instead focused on placing blame on a former employee, but it is the company (Sam) who took my money, not the employee. Upon my pursuance of a partial refund, he closed the company and their accounts and is now operating a new firm where he will repeat his actions and cause further harm to the public.
