Clarity Glow is falsely advertising their lighting products as made from metal, crystal, etc. Their products are made from plastic. When you try to return the product, they insist on you sending it back to China, which is more expensive than the product itself. They planned on this being the case so that you would not be able to return the product and get any kind of refund that makes sense. The website does not mention that the product must be shipped back to China, which is also misleading. The product was shipped from a California address, but they refuse to allow me to send it back to this address. And, after going back and forth for weeks, they then changed their company name and web address to Hudson Vale so I could not even find Clarity Glow. This feels like a scam.
