OPENED ADD AND COMPUTER LOCKED UP
CALLED NUMBER. SAID THEY WOULD FIX FOR $200, BUT WANTED TO SELL ME THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM FOR $6800. SAID NO, ALL I WANTED WAS MY COMPUTER FIXED. A REALLY HARD SELL FOR THEIR $6800 SERVICE. MY TECH GUY CAN FIND NO TRACE OF ANY SECURITY SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN HARASSED BUY MULTIPLE CALLS ABOUT AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR THREE YEARS AT $6800. I CAN CANCEL BY PAYING FOR THE MONTHS USED, AND LETTING THEM BACK INTO MY COMPUTER. I WILL NEVER LET SOMEONE IN AGAIN.

This scam started around Mar 2012 when I got a security alert on my laptop and was locked up. I seen a phone number to call and called the number. A person with an India accent named Alex Morgan said he could help me fix the lock up so like a fool I gave him access to my computer. He had access to my computer so all i could do was trust him. When he was through he said i needed to pay his fees and was referred to the billing agency. I paid $399 for a firewall that I found out later was not on my laptop. During this time my Amazon account was accessed and luckily my bank put a hold on our bank so I was not protected. Since then I have been receiving harassing phone calls asking me for more money. I pleaded with them to please cancel the service. Today I received another call from Alex Morgan saying they would cancel my account with some haggling if I pay them $500 in seven days or I will be sued $6800. After reading the top page I say let them sue me.

Patrick Harris from a company called Cisco Services LLC. Said that I used their computer security services from Jan. 2021 to Mar. 2022. Said that I have to pay them 2,300 for services I used for 15months and that I agreed to auto renewal for 6,800. If I don't pay the 2,300, they will auto debit the 6,800 from my account. The initial issue began the end of August 2021. I received a pop up on my laptop saying that someone is trying to hack me. I did some checking and this company has only been in business 6 months and want to charge me for 15 months. I want to catch them and stop this harrassment.
