I saw an ad on Instagram promoting a projector company that had great reviews and claimed to be a top projector in the US. I proceeded to order a $69.99 projector and a $9.99 tripod for a total of $79.98. When I caught on with the company being a scam since they didn’t have a physical address and it seemed like a sketchy website, I emailed asking them to cancel my order and demanded a refund. They claimed since my package had already started in the shipping process that they couldn’t refund my order, but that my package would be delivered quickly. This was over a year ago and I never received a projector.

I was on snapchat when an ad the product popped up. I was intrigued so i clicked on it. The ad showed a flash sale 70% off. I liked the product so i proceeded to buy it. As i was going through the checkout process other related items to product were offered. I added 1 more item to my cart proceeded through the checkout process and paid for all items. I got an email confirmation with tracking number then I remember i forgot to notify them that i needed a cord for apple products. That tracking number is now expired. My email was responded to by a Estelle customer service Cineflix Pro saying the order will be corrected. We emailed back forth. I complained about not receiving any products for months and all she kept saying was that the product was shipped but being held by the courier! Order was placed February 19, 2021 and i haven't received any products or a refund.
