Voicemail that was left:

"Hi I am calling from Christus health regarding a referral you received from your last visit. I'm calling to assist you with scheduling your appointment and provide the office with any necessary documentation that's needed. Please call me back at your earliest convenience. I can be reached at 903-525-6269 thank you"

When the number is looked up on Whitepages, it is listed as a high risk spam.
