Please I need you to supply and install a 50 gallon power vent water heater for my new house. I have just recently acquired the house and looking to move in the coming weeks, the previous occupants have evacuated the premises with their hot water tank due to sediments so i am looking to directly replace that with a new one, there is already a standard electrical receptacle beside where the unit will be installed to supply power for the fan, there is a gas line and 2" 636 PVC plastic piping exhaust vent in place as well. The new tank is to be installed in the basement and there is enough access in the area clear for movement, my new house address is ** ********** ***** NW, Calgary, AB T3R 0P8.
Also, I would appreciate it if you understand that I am hearing impaired, currently at the hospital and will soon undergo a series of surgeries to correct this, i can't talk on the phone 'could have called in', via email is the best way we can communicate at the moment. Please be informed you’d be supplying the above unit to be installed and i do require the top most quality, your recommendation of the brand to go with shall also be very much appreciated.
The movers are coming along with my belongings(furniture & electronics) as they are assisting me move from my former residence, i want you to meet with them at my above address on the delivery day because they’d also be coming with my spare keys and i’d need them to hand over my keys to you so you can proceed with the job afterwards. Kindly let me know if you can get this done, i will finalize all arrangement with the movers soon so they can deliver the items to my address where you would meet them to collect the spare keys, gain access to view the site more better before then proceeding with the installations on any day best suitable to you afterwards.
Let me know a rough pricing for the new unit to be supplied & installed based on the details provided above so i can have an idea of the cost expense to budget for and if any required deposit for the work so as for us to proceed with confirming bookings, i need to make sure my house is in place by the time i am out of the hospital so i can return home to rest & continue with my post-surgery recovery scheme.
