I thought I was ordering from Hooklinen some tote bags turned out to be from a company called Chinatera Limited. I have
never received my order. It has been since June 7, 2023. Says it was shipped according to PayPal.
I paid through PayPal and have filed a claim in hopes to get my money back. From what I’m seeing, people says they don’t
care, but pray that’s not the case. If it is PayPal should block this name completely.
I have tried to get ahold of Hooklinen but to no avail.

They sent me a square canvas and round beads, all I asked for was either a round canvas or square beads so I can do this diamond painting. I tried to get help from PayPal they closed the case. No idea why. Chinatera wanted me to close my case. No way I was doing this as I know I am within my rights to get this sorted once and for all. I would prefer the round canvas to go with the round beads. Can I get this sorted

Order not received

I ordered 2 tote bags from what ended up being Chinatera through PayPal. Although tracking shows that they were delivered I never received them. When I emailed them all they said was be patient that order was on its way and sent the tracking number. I contacted PayPal and was instantly given a full refund.

Fortunately I received my order within 2 weeks. My problem is that this was my obviously a returned item. I can see why. I ordered a 40x40cm diamond painting. What I received is probably 20x20cm. Whoever received it first probably returned it for that reason. With all the issues with this company I read about and since this DP is hard to find and I got it 50% off, I’ll deal.

I ordered $118.35 from everydaydeals.com which is a coverup for Chinatera Limited! I never received my merchandise! I’m trying to file a dispute with PayPal praying I get my money back. These were to be Christmas presents for my family. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I also order several cross stitch items in February 2021. I had my husband send a very strong email to get my order. With in a week I had my order. I have made a second order and it came very quickly. I think because I used a credit card and not paypal they knew I could call he credit card and have the removed for their account. I hope this helps you when and if you deal with them again. I pray that everyone will get the item or refund.

I don’t feel they scammed me but their product which is a wreath needs improvement so it doesn’t tear for customers. Perhaps if they could bake the print onto the metal…..It’s inferior as is and I would like a credit of $15 toward a future purchase of Diamond Art Paints…..

I ordered the decorative wreath, got it this week, and started working on it last night.
As soon as I put a drill on it, a small tear appeared. I went to another section and did the same thing. It tore that entire section out!

I gather this is a double-sided adhesive that ye use. Hopefully, ye can BAKE THE PIC ON, so it doesn’t happen to all future purchases!
The wreath is an excellent idea, but needs something to safeguard the print. Or it’s doomed. I would appreciate a credit on my account for Diamond Art Painting instead.

Well after seeing this site I guess I’ve been scammed as well... $75 Canadian Dollars ... it will be the first and last time this ever happens to me
I thought I needed more Diamond Paintings, I guess Chinatera thought I had plenty!
You have a great scam going here, you don’t realize how this hurts fixed income people...

I purchased 4 diamond paintings kits from this company on February 19,2021
They took the money right away, then it says that my items have shipped and it is this like 30 long number that I have called ups, fedex, ontrac, usps, to see if it’s their tracking number, all say it’s fake.
Plus there is no way to get ahold of the buyer now.
It’s truly horrible what these people are doing, I am disabled and I am on a budget and they need to be stopped!

There is a company called CHINATERA limited that use endless websites to scam people. They steal pictures from legitimate hardworking designers and pass them off as their own. You will receive something that looks nothing like the items and is just a cheap knock off. The company will not do anything for you. If you use PayPal they won’t help you recover your money.
