Fireplace company insisted in $99 initial fee to come out but then after saying no, offered to waive the fee. Person came out to look at fireplace and quoted extremely high number. When we said we would think about it he tried two more times to lower the price. We declined. Asked for name of business and phone number again and was given info that I had never seen or used before.
