Ordered shoes on line from ChildrenClothShop.com and did not receive any shipping or tracking info on the order. Emailed the company & received multiple canned responses from Zendesk that the order was being processed. Requested the order to be cancelled & was told then the order had been shipped and it would be difficult to cancel at this time. Still no shipping or tracking information was received. Again requested that the order be cancelled and payment refunded.

I placed an order with ChildrenClothShop.com for L and XL snow pants, and was sent much smaller sizes that did not match the descriptions for L and XL. The order took months to come, and once it arrived they informed me that they had "recently" moved their operations to China and that I would be required to return the items at my own expense to get a refund. They offered me 20% off a future purchase if I chose not to return them, as opposed to the full purchase price. They repeatedly sent me the same generic message to [email protected] and did not address my concerns in a personal manner. I lost $70 on this order.

Exact same thing happened to me. Bought some shoes for my daughter. Finally arrived over a month later. Not even close to the shoes I ordered. I reached out to them, clearly got an AI response back. They have not gotten back to me after a few days now. Nothing.

I ordered whinnie the Pooh sneakers beginning of March 2025 I recieved a pair of sneakers April 5 2025 well needless to say I got not even close to what I ordered I’ve emailed them many times and all I get is an automated response I tried calling number on their website and all I get is a busy signal

I ordered some Whinnie the Pooh sneakers for my granddaughter paid 34.99$ I recieved some other sneaker not even close to what I ordered with Chinese writing I’ve emailed and all I keep getting is a automated response from zendesk and the number always does the busy beeping sound

This company took my money and never shipped anything. They are now responding to my emails or Phone calls. In fact their phone is no longer in service

Masks that the items come directly from China, uses a US phone number. Items came weeks after they were ordered and the quality was horrible. So thin my daughter can’t wear. Looks used and worn and faded. Tulle shirt had thin individual strips versus a full opaque skirt of tulle. Exchange and return policy listed but your only way to get in touch is an email that no one responds to.
