Exact same thing happened to me. Bought some shoes for my daughter. Finally arrived over a month later. Not even close to the shoes I ordered. I reached out to them, clearly got an AI response back. They have not gotten back to me after a few days now. Nothing.

Masks that the items come directly from China, uses a US phone number. Items came weeks after they were ordered and the quality was horrible. So thin my daughter can’t wear. Looks used and worn and faded. Tulle shirt had thin individual strips versus a full opaque skirt of tulle. Exchange and return policy listed but your only way to get in touch is an email that no one responds to.
