I placed an order with Chicwryz.com on October 31st 2025 for 8 sets for 30 dollars. I was expected a delivery in 3-5 days. We time went i didn’t receive anything. Til a month later they claimed that they delivered my package which wasn’t true. So i reached out saying i didn’t receive anything but they insisted that it was delivered that they will send me a reshipment but then redacted that and said they will give me a refund instead. The say i actually get the refund they refunded me 1.55. Once i received that i reached out again and demanded i get all of my money. Now it’s January and they’ve been giving me the same 2 responses. It’s like an automated response. I’m frustrated cause i was looking forward to my order.
