I ordered a blue floral dress from their website. I received a beige, satin two-piece outfit that was not even the size I ordered. I emailed customer service to ask for the dress I ordered or a refund. Chicsfit responded that the best they could do was offer a 50% refund and allow me to "keep" the merchandise. I have gone back and forth with them explaining I do not want the item they sent me, but they said it would be too expensive for me to ship it back. They have never offered to send me the actual dress I ordered.
