I saw ads for this e-commerce website on social media (specifically Instagram) for months. Since I had a vacation coming up, I decided to try purchasing some items from this website. Their prices are very reasonable, and this is how they attract victims to purchase items from their site. I only purchased 2 items and my total plus shipping came to about $100. I thought this was strange but after doing some research I decided to go ahead and go through with the transaction. I purchased using my PayPal account because I believed that it might be safer, and protect my personal information. I also assumed that if this business accepted PayPal then they must be a reputable company. I WAS WRONG. I placed my order over a month before my vacation departure date and up to this day (2 months later) I still have not received my order. Not only that, trying to find the correct customer service information was extremely difficult. I had to reach out to them via WhatsApp and they take a day each time to respond to you. Before you get a chance to respond they send you a message saying that your question was resolved when it is not. I finally found an email address and they kept telling me the same thing each time, claiming that due to covid shipping was delayed. That is BS because every other website I ordered from around the same time, I received the orders within that month's time; including ordering something and receiving it at the end of that same week. ChicMe is a fraudulent website and you should not trust it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ChicMe, OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. They are refusing to give me a refund for the order that I still have never received. Not worth the headache for cheap clothes tat you can find in a million other websites for slightly more money.

Believe me I checked the status of my order every day. This company is fraudulent! There needs to be a warning sign public on their website. I’m not the only one!

I had to contact FBI this company has a bad habit of taking people’s money after you place a catalog order and they will just leave you waiting for months I placed a catalog order back in February and still have not received it they do not contact you they don’t tell you anything they just take your money and expect you to walk away I’ve tried numerous Lee to get the items that I paid for by credit card and never received them I am asked in the department of justice to look into this company and close them down and if they can’t close them down stop them from being able to place orders and take money from the United States consumers

Go sale your fake crap in the place is made on ,,, someone pls tell frank carter no need to post two reviews on each item he supposedly purchase ??

I ordered from this company on July 28,2020 and I have yet to receive my refund. I only received one item that was left in my mailbox by usps. The rest of my order was never received. The only way to contact this company is through email or fb messenger and you never get any real help or are able to speak to a real person. They take your money and you never receive your order. The complaints I’ve seen similar to mine tell me this company is intentionally taking customers money knowing that they’ll never be able to reach any real customer service to fix the issues. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. So I’m out of $248.16 thanks to this company and then scamming people.

THEY HAVE AMAZING PRODUCT POSTED but they take your money and never send your products, other reviews say they send cheap products that break or shrink terrible quality after waiting months for it!! If anyone has called the (one-eight- one -six-five-four-eight-two-eight-eight-zero) from "Sandra" review. The refund policy is so shady and disturbing. I called yesterday 5/18/2020 to track down my package from "ChicMe" and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of carry with an indian accent he said my package was damaged and that he can issue me a refund. He asked if I had a computer or laptop in front of me I thought he was going to email me a form to fill out but instead I download this software called "teamvision" and this let him have full access to my computer and he took it upon himself to fill out the forms and at one point my computer screen blank I had to control over my computer I didn't know what he was doing I do have personal information on my computer so I don't know if any of my files have been compromised. I didn't have a good feeling at all out this, so I changed e-mail and password on everything and canceled my debit card and asked to a new one from the bank. If you call just be careful with your personal information. I still haven't gotten a cancellation e-mail or my refund.

They have an app, website, instagram, and Facebook. They advertise clothing for sale. After you make a purchase in 1-2 days you receive an email from ChicMe of your tracking number with FedEx saying congratulations your order has been shipped. After a week or two when you go to check the status using the tracking number through Fedex it says shipment information sent to Fedex. When I called Fedex to confirm what that meant, they said it only means they created a label but they have not giving fedex the merchandise yet. After further research I found out PayPal will not accept payments with that company because they get so many fraud claims from their customers.

They sent me my order 2 months later and was wrong dress. It was paper thin and definitely incorrect! I contacted them several times in which they gave me the run around. They told me I would have to pay the shipping so was not worth sending back! I finally told them I would report it! Bottom line do t order out of the country! When I say it was bad I wouldn’t wear it ever and I threw it away because I couldn’t give it away nor would I offer anyone this crap! Absolutely a scam! They are robbers!

Chic Me is a scam. They lure people in with inexpensive clothes, take their money and in my case and many others, never send the product; not even so much as a functioning tracking number.

I've reached out to them many times. I have the transcript and not once could they give me a clear answer as to if my package was sent. The first and only tracking number they sent never worked. Upon going to the Facebook site, I realized it was a scam due to all the negative comments and many people who either hadn't received their product or received something altogether different. They even claim on certain instances, Chic Me was charging more on some bank statements.

I tried explaining what happened to me on the Chic Me page to warn potential buyers and they deleted every single post. I should have known and captured it for my records.
