I ordered an Akubra, Snowy River Hat from this site and they mailed me a cheap fake. Customer service is basically non existent. I was offered a partial refund after several days. And a discount on my next purchase. I will never purchase from this site again and I suggest no one else support these con artists.

Chicmatchy … horrible customer service with only auto replies. PJ’s promised for Christmas but did not arrive. No way of actually getting a hold of this company. Not sure I will even get my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICMATCHY !’ I added just one receipt from them. I’ve called and emailed with no response from Chicmatchy.

I PLACED 2 ORDERS - THE 1ST ORDER PLACED ON OCTOBER 1, 2022, WHICH CHICMATCHY SAID IT WAS CONFIRMED. THEY THEN LET ME KNOW THAT THE PJ'S I WANTED WERE NOT AVAILABLE, AND THEIR EMAIL WAS NOT CLEAR, SO I ORDERED MORE PJ'S, AND I EXPECTED A REFUND, ON MY 1ST ORDER.
THE 2ND ORDER WAS PLACED AND PAID FOR, ALL IN US $$ AND THIS ORDER WASN'T RECEIVED - I AM STILL WAITING FOR BOTH REFUNDS

Ordered matching pajamas

I made an order in October to make sure to receive the pajamas on time for Christmas. It is now December 10 and I have not received anything. I tracked my package location it said it was delivered November 13th, They delivered it to the wrong place and that place sent it back to chicmatchy. I have not received any email or have been contacted or a refund. I have tried to call them it says number not in service, I’ve emailed them it says the email is not available, I have left them messages on their chat I still have not received anything. I am very bummed. Please don’t order from this company that is all over social media you most likely won’t receive it.

Ordered family if 4 matching pyjamas and now it’s May 2022 and still haven’t received nothing. Sent a few emails they said they would reship …. Still nothing.
I don’t even know how to go about to getting my $$ back.

Odered matching outfits for myself and my daughter for pictures. Took more than 2 weeks to receive package - from China. Clothes are too small. Was advised to pay $12.99 per item to exchange. Asked for refund. Advised I would have to pay shipping back to China and would then be eligible for refund of the difference between regular pricing and sale pricing that I had paid - all items on their website are marked sale with no regular prices shown. ??

Incomplete order

I ordered 5 sets of pajamas and they sent three. I emailed and they told me to save me taxes they were sent separate. Yeah right. They gave me a tracking number for the other two but that tracking number isn’t even real. I have yet to get a refund or information how to send these three back. I don’t need three; I need the 5 I ordered. I can’t comment on the quality or sizing as I never opened them.

Still waiting for Christmas pajamas!

Find a local company since it’s coming from China. I ordered Nov. 11. Contacted customer service because site was very misleading about when shipped. Given incorrect or wrong tracking code and am still waiting as of December 18. Unfortunately the web site is good at selling but not so good at getting your order to you or communication. Hope to cancel it! May just donate items and chalk up as a good Expensive lesson!

Has anyone actually sent merchandise back for a refund, AND DID U GET THE REFUND?
This place does not seem very reputable, makes me afraid to try. Am already out $100.00 hate to add shipping to China on top if that.
Should have checked them out before ordering, my bad. Their websight looked so perfect to be the scam artist they apparently are

They are a terrible company. Should be shut down from selling in the US. I received and was charged for my order. It was junk. And after several days and Emails begging for Return/Refund procedures, I find out the scam joint is from China and I have to pay to send back to China. And not sure I’d ever receive any refund. So will donate the PJ’s and am out $100.00. Their websight is so misleading. THEY ARE A MAJOR SCAM OUTFIT

I went line to order matching pjs for my family for Christmas. I placed an order for the ones we liked, paid for them and where I wanted them sent. This order was placed from October 31,2021. An email was to be sent to me with the confirmation # , it never came.however . I have emailed them more that three times requesting a confirmation #, or the products or a refund. As it stands I will not have them for Christmas and my family will be very disappointed.

Scammers! What I ordered vs what they sent me. I asked for a return and they won't pay for shipping. It will cost me 65.00 to send these cheap dolls back to China. What a scam! They told me that they can refund me 60.00 and I can keep the dolls but my order total was 125.00. I've order many clothing Items from them. Some fit but there were some that was the wrong size or material but I didn't think anything of it and just dealt with it.

I ordered matching dresses for me and my 2 year old daughter. It took 30 days to receive them from China. The website says they ship from the US right in a banner on the home page, and that is why I decided to purchase in the first place. Dresses are cheaply made like something you would expect from China. My dress was too small despite sizing charts recommending ordering like normal. I will not return or exchange because then I will have to pay additional shipping charges...to China, and then not receive the dress in time for the date I needed it. This is a China storefront pretending to be a US business.

It's a Bait & Switch. They show you one thing, but send another. The items sent were NOT the items I ordered and was charged for. I specifically checked the website description which states the pajamas are 95% cotton 5% spandex. The items sent are very poorly made 95% polyester 5% spandex with NO cotton content. Now in order to get a refund they say I have to pay return shipping to China.
