I found this 1999 Fleetwood Tioga motorhome on Facebook Market Place, location Lawrenceville, GA. listed 8 hours ago, for $1000. I was interested, and found it weird that the Reply button was grayed out, and there is a message stating the user is on Vacation Mode, and to email [email protected]. I attached her email response here. Something told me to look up the make, model, and year of the Fleetwood. And wouldn't you know it! The same exact Fleetwood pops up in rvtrader with 18 pictures, listed at $17,999. So, I googled David Winger Obituary, just to see if this dude passed away...Nothing. Then I googled Cherry Pope, and found this page. Thanks so much, ya'll! I reported this to Facebook, but it seems they are inept...

Thanks to everyone who put up reviews on here! She is definitely a scammer. She still has the same camper listed on FB market place. She is still trying to sell the camper, my son thought it was a picture from a magazine. When I said I was interested she sent me an email of how her husband had died and she was selling so she could move to her sister's in Jackson, MS. When I tried to set up a time to go see it she sent me emails about eBay holding my money in escrow also.
How cruel to get someone's hopes up and to try to scam people who actually work hard for their money. I just wanted a way to see my grandbaby.

Found the sale on Facebook; almost fell for it and started looking to see where I could purchase the required prepaid cards (stupid - I know!), but something told me to check it out further. Checked with eBay and they were unable to find any such transaction. Of course when I informed Cherry of this I received the same story a previous complainant listed. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS - IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - IT MOST LIKELY IS.

She stole pictures of an $18,000.00 RV from Washington state, said her husband died 2 months ago and that she is a single mother moving in with her sister in Jackson, MS. She even sent a photo of "her" driver's license. She said e-bay would put the money in escrow and give us less than a week after receiving the item to decide whether we should keep it or not. I obviously didn't go along with anything she said but I thought if I could share some of the information, it might help someone else. She used Facebook Marketplace to try her scam this time and the e-mail [email protected]. The real question is, does the "real" Cherry Pope know someone has her ID and is doing this? Looks like she actually lives in Littleton, CO.

She was selling a low priced vehicle. Out of state in pristine condition. She gave a sob story as to why she was selling it. Then asked for personal information. She claims to use ebay motors. I received an "invoice" from ebay motors. Instructing me to buy and submit ebay cards to make the transaction for the vehicle. I found her ad on Facebook market place.

Reverse search of one photo has shown was sold in legit MS auction for 10x price scammer wants. Uses names Garry Patterson and Tony Mccann
