Ordered a single room AC. After order was sent received multiple emails asking me to purchase cleaning items and filters. Then received email stating I had a Credit of $137.00 and could order another AC unit. The first was never delivered, I just kept getting more and more emails asking me to order more products. Did not order anything else. Waited to see if the AC would ever arrive. IT DID NOT! I tried to reach the company but always said the line was busy. Reached out to PayPal where it is charged. They responded that my credit card was investigating this. Discover reached out to me that they were putting a hold on the charge as they did not think it was valid. I am waiting for a decision from Discover and PayPal. The AC never arrived. Definitely a Scam.
