I used the site for what appeared to be a one time search. They kept prompting me to buy more add ons and offered subscriptions I refused. Paid for my one time search and they created an account without my knowledge until I was being charged a month later. At this point, I did my research and saw an account created without my permission and they charged my original form of payment. I canceled the account they created while payment was still pending and contacted them. They have not refunded my money.
