The agency called me after booking with unrealistic terms and conditions that were not explained at the time of booking. One of the main issues I was concerned about was the fact that I could not have any luggage on the flight at all which included a carry-on nor any suitcases otherwise. They were insistent that I had to upgrade in order to carry luggage of any kind. I told them that I wanted to cancel, and they told me I could not. They became very argumentative. I finally ended the conversation and told the manager who talked with me also, that I would call the airline directly. I immediately got a text with the 444.66 charge. When I called the airline, they said my booking was on hold and they did not have a charge for me. After much research they found that a different email unknown to me was attached to the account. The friend who I booked at the same time, was not on hold, The charge was connected to her flight and double the amt. They also put the reservation under her first name and my last name. I cancelled both and fortunately was reimbursed by the airline. After confirming with my friend, we booked directly through the airline.

I found a cheap ticket on internet and tried to make a reservation. At this moment the site got blocked (booking was not finished and no confirmation received). Next morning I received a call from Cheapvuelos and I was told that I made a booking with restricted conditions (including interdiction of having baggage, etc). I was offered to pay almost twice to have a normal fare. They said that the ticket was already booked and it was not refundable. To note that during booking no information was provided on any restricted conditions. The booking took place on the evening of 4 November 2024. On 5 November 2024 (plus to conversation over phone) I sent an e-mail to the company saying that I canceled my unfinished booking (no reply).

Booked a flight online under kayak and cheapvuelos.com gave a price for travel of $285.32 for DAB to ATL roundtrip. I used my credit card, and they gave me a booking ID, but never sent the tickets. I called and wanted to cancel the flight, and they gave me the run around. I called my credit card company and blocked this sale. I emailed them and told them of the blocking of the sale and to Stop all processes. Come to find out, they hold onto your money and never get a seat for you, they may return the money 7-10 days, but I asked them to stop emailing me and will not do business. They are using the scam of booking a flight and not giving you tickets for it. Pls stop this business intaking peoples money.

Did not notify my parents of any confirmation numbers for their flight, inform them that they would have to upgrade their seats if they wanted to sit together and to even bring their bags. They would have to not just pay the baggage fee to pay them a fee on top of the baggage fee as well. This was not on their site. They were so confused with them. They called and said they didn't have seats for them, and then said they did have seats for them. Refused to refund them their money after all that confusion. We are trying to dispute this charge with their credit card company. All this mess with in 2 hours of trying to make this purchase. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from these people! They need to be shut down ASAP! I feel like they do this to cause confusion with people and scam them into paying more!!

They did the same to me. I booked a trip with cheapvuelos.com. When the confirmation didn’t come I contacted them and the wait for answers started. Hours later I was told it was still being processed and I NEVER received a confirmation from them. At some point I was told: “please understand that he already on another call”. The whole thing seems to be ran by a single person. Then they wanted me to call them regarding “criterias and requirements associated with my trip”. I had never heard of such a thing and since they already have my info I didn’t trust to also give them a sample of my voice. When they contacted me by email they called themselves Fare Compare. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

I thought I had bought american airlines tickets, they told me I needed to pay an extra 1200 for seats because AA would not confirm tickets without seats. and then they apparently canceled the reservation and never gave me a refund.
