Paid for Delta flights that were never booked, no refund

Paid for airline reservations for Delta flights that were never booked. Company said Delta canceled reservation 10 days before trip and company never refunded money paid. Took money fast and refuses to answer emails, calls and calls to the merchant. Currently disputing transaction through my bank.

Cheapflightservice.com took payment but never booked my flight or issued refund

Looking for a cheaper flight, and I found this service, CheapFlightService.com, and completed the booking. Later, they contacted me to alert me of a change in the flight date, and I agreed to the changes. Two weeks before the travel date, on February 24th, 2026, they emailed to inform me that they could not secure the reservation and they are processing a refund of the full amount, $236.68, to the original payment method. I sent them an email twice on March 15 and 20, and when there was no answer, I called them at (833) 423-3473, and they said the refund had already been issued and refused to offer any transition details. However, the refund has not been posted to my credit card. below a copy of their message regarding the cancellation

Scam flight booking site from Kayak stole my payment and tried identity theft.

From Kayak I got sent/pulled/invaded by a site offering a good price for an airline ticket I tried to buy in January for a trip in March. The site was CheapFlightService.com. I paid by credit card, receiving an image of a ticket and a confirmation code. Checking on the flight on March 13, I discovered I had no reservation with American Airlines. I called the "customer service" numbers and spent 4 hours on the phone with 2 people who tried to steal my identity and open loans with Klarna and Affirm. I finally stopped the call and tried to undo the damage. I have disputed the cost of the initial ticket, which was $392, with my credit card company. I have reported this to Kayak. Never trust these people.

I was charged for a flight but never received my e-ticket.

The charges on your card will appear in the name of AirReservation. I paid $4179.87 through the website CheapFlightService.com but never got my ticket. I tried emailing [email protected] with no help.

I purchased a plane ticket online from travelde.com. They responded as cheapflightservice.com, took my payment for three pkane tickets but have not produced ticket numbers or confirmation numbers for any of the tickets and won’t answer the phone when I call.
