CHEAP CARTON CIGARETTES is a scam. They tell you to send funds through PayPal as Family/Friends so PayPal won't rebuke the charge. I sent them $ 114 and THEN they said I need to pay additional insurance charges before they process my order. Okay, no problem, right? WRONG! I can't get my $ 114 back from them. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!

Advertised themselves on online discount cigarette website selling cheap cigarettes. I ordered 4 cartons of Misty Menthol Lights 120s for $114. I waited for my order. When I didn't receive it, I contacted them to find out why. I was told that I would have to play $130 for insurance. I paid. The order (supposedly) arrived at Dallas Love Field Airport. I was then told that I would have to pay $105 for customs. I paid it. Then I was told that it was $105 per carton. I paid another $420. Then the order supposedly arrived at the Pearland Regional Airport and I would have to pay $200.00 for customs there. I paid. Then I was told I would have to pay more money. I said I no longer wanted the order and to give me a refund of all the money that I paid. I was told that I would have to pay $150 if I wanted my refund immediately. Stupid me paid. Then I started getting the runaround. According to them, my PayPal wasn't working and wanted me to install Western Union or WhatsApp. I refused. I was then told, in order for me to get my money back, I would have to work for them. I refused. I was then told I would not get any refund of the money I paid. I was called a stupid [censored] for not following their instructions. They wanted me to create a new PayPal account to their specifications. I refused. I told them repeatedly that I would not be working for them and to give me my money back. No use. $1350 is an expensive lesson to learn. So pass this information along to other people, so they won't fall into the same trap.

These people are robbers. I wish I'd checked reviews before sending them my money. They give you several ways to pay them. Paypal, Zelle, Bitcoin, and cashapp. The Cashapp account is $Dave2813 and it's still open. It was opened on 5/2020. Don't send these people a dime. This was a $150 lesson learned. After your order is placed you'll get this.

Ordered, didn't hear from them, eventually received a tracking number and a request to pay more money for insurance. Was told a refund would be submitted. Crickets! This was over a month ago. 🦗Do Not Give Them Your Money! Posted a screen shot of their insurance request when my order was, "caught in transit over the border"

I placed and order thru them and the payment went thru Paypal to an email address.
I thought that was odd but thought it'd be ok since it was going thru Paypal. WRONG! I didn't get a confirmation email with order # from the website...which usually happens in a few minutes to a few hours so after a couple days I sent an email to the email address the payment went to asking for confirm. and order #. No response after 3 days. I then emailed website and gave them my email address, name, home address, amount and date of payment and the email address it was sent to. Susan Meyers replied and said they'd need the order # to track it. Of course this is crap. So I called my bank...they couldn't do anything and said to call Paypal. I called Paypal and they were very helpful...but said since the payment was sent to an email address (i.e., under Friends and Family) they couldn't do anything either. So now I've read other reviews and I agree...this website is a TOTAL SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM!!!

On July 18, 2022 I placed and paid for an order. The payment was going to an email address...but since it was through Paypal I thought that it was alright. WRONG! As you all know, when you place an order online you get a confirmation email after a few minutes or a few hours at most. As of the next day I still hadn't rec'd any confirm. email...and yes, I checked my bulk/scam and file and nothing from them there. That set off my 'scam' alert. I then checked my bank acct. and, yup, the payment had been deducted. Hmmm. So I sent an email to the given email address asking if they'd send me a confirm. email. No response after 3 days. I then sent an email to the website address and got a response from Susan Myers asking for order #. I emailed back, saying what happened, and that I had no confirm. email therefore no order # but I told her since she had my email address, name, home address, the date and amount order, and email address it was sent to she should be able track it. She replied saying without an order # she could not track it. So I called my bank...they couldn't do anything and told me to call Paypal. Paypal was very helpful but said since the money went to an email address under 'Friends and Family' (!?!?!?) they couldn't do anything either. Today is Aug. 28 and, of course, I haven't rec'd my order. So like other reviews I've now read...this website it a TOTAL SCAM!

We sent money to this company via Zelle. First mistake. We never received cigarettes now they want us to pay hundreds of dollars for insurance for this Discreet Deliver Company. I hope they choke on their cigarettes.

I ordered from them and cash app declined payment. I informed them and they sent another cash app with different name. They stopped all online communication. And email. Be cautious. I know online purchases are risky but the legitimate people typically respond quickly within 2 to 3 days.

This company is a scam. They accepted my order, and Susan Meyers sent an email confirming order. Four days after payment accepted, I get an email with tracking. My order number to a different name and address. I inform her of this. She apologizes and sends me a new email same tracking number for a package to yet another address, delivered in June of 2021. I then get an email from Cheetah Discreet Delivery telling me I owe 350USD to them for insurance. I email Susan Myers at this point, furious and telling her I want my order cancelled and Bitcoin returned to me. She tells me to calm down. She never responds to an email again. This site says the company address is in Los Angeles, CA. Please don't waste your time or money. Scammers. There is no recourse for scammers on Coinbase App. No way to report a scam company, not anyway to reverse a Bitcoin transaction. I have never used Bitcoin before this, and never will again.
