On the website order # 89669 I purchased and paid with my credit card $150 (+ tax and shipping) 1 pair Mens Botin Charro de Trabajo Maroon Boots. These boots were never delivered and after numerous emails to the customer service I'm not getting a response from them. At the time of purchasing I researched the possibility of a returns procedure with my access to that part of the website. They have since closed down that returns part of the website and are not responding to my email requests. Further research shows there are no phone numbers anywhere for this business to even call to.

I purchased the boots elsewhere and just would hope the money be returned.

I ordered an item on August 5. I have emailed them multiple times and the company claims that the item is out of stock when in reality, it stated on their website that it was in stock.

I found an ad on facebook for an online retailer. I did an initial search on the company and could not find any negative information. I placed and online order and everything seemed fine. I received a company email confirming order. Once I contacted to receive an update, they responded for me to contact them during business hours. After that I never received any more response from them. They charged my credit card twice for the one order. I canceled my card after that. I then looked at their facebook reviews and saw that all the reviewers had the same experience as me and never received their order. They have a big online presence on all social media platforms, there was a supposed video of them appearing on a popular news show, and even a podcast, which made me feel like it was a legitimate company. I am sure they are scamming a lot of people.

Recieved a partial order, when reaching out to customer service, no reply was made. Made four attempts on their email, one on their social media, and called their contact number on Facebook 323-688-5644. When calling I got placed on hold right away and then I was hung up on, I called right back and got a voice mail to reply in text. Replied in text and no response. Its been 3 weeks since purchase was made. Never spoke to a live person. Their social media platforms such as Instagram account, the public cannot send messages due to them blocking request, you are unable to make a comment on any post. On their Facebook, Charro Azteca never replies to any customers questions. The reviews on their website are all positive, but on Facebook you will find negative reviews on people not recieving their purchase.
