If the person who he talk to he feel can be scammed he would take a chance to rent a house. In my case, I was trying to rent a few rooms in the house for 2000. He would take it but on the day move in
he would say "GOD SEND YOU TO ME. I AM DOING CHARITY SO GOD BLESS YOU. WHY DON'T YOU SKIP THE DEPOSIT". He would perform any trick he can to convince the other person. However, if that person refuse he would not rent. This way he has nothing to lose. Once he inside the house HE WOULD USE ANY TRICK TO TRY TO FIND A WAY TO figure out the owner weakness so he can scam. In my case, he was trying to sell me a business charitycomm which worth 0 dollars or even negative for 100K. He use fake video and fake offer from other 6 millions or fake income statement. the way he does this is he use TRY AND RUN NOTHING TO LOSE. This mean he show the paper or video but don't let other keep. If believe great if not OK run nothing to lose. Every day he would try different tatic including fake offer , fake phone calls any mean try to hook other in to sign something or deposit something. ONCE A DEPOSIT IS MADE ON PAPER SAY CAN BACK OUT, he would simply say no I would not refund the only way is to go court. The issue is his divorsed wife and son already in the house so I would not want to do something big for fear he may harm me since he is already here. AFTER THIS WE WOULD THREAT ME EVERY DAY USING ALL KIND OF BLACK MAIL knowing he is already inside and he has many option to harm me. He would use may different versions of contracts these all design to make me sign to give a way money. if one contract does not go through he would create another one and another one every day try to make me sign away money into his fake company www.charitycomm.com which he claims worth 6 millions and give to me only 6000. I only give him because he would not pay rent and ask me to apply rent to this amount plus 2000 more and I could have company. I checked and the company worth nothing and I asked for money back. I would not give money back and threaten to take over my house using pretend to get hurt inside my house and put in law suit. I have to give him 3000 grant beg him to move out. Verbally he constantly try to threat to take over the house and kill me at night. I WANT ScamPulse.com TO LABEL WWW.CHARITYCOMM.COM AS SCAM AND ASK OTHER TO AVOID DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. IT IS UP TO ScamPulse.com TO LOOK AT WWW.CHARITYCOMM.COM AND DECIDE IT IS A SCAM OR NOT SINCE IT IS NOT DOING ANY CHARITY -- IT USE CHARITY TO HOOK PEOPLE INTO A TRAP
